The Whitechapel Conspiracy is the series masterpiece, based on real events that shock us today as much as they chilled Londoners more than a century ago. It is spring, Queen Victoria persists in her life of self-absorbed seclusion. A dynamic evening of performance and debate with artists from The London Open The event begins with a discussion on the pros and cons of residencies, with exhibiting artist Sam Curtis, curator Rachel Marsden, and Eisler Curator & Head of Curatorial Studies, Daniel F is then a screening curated by Dominic Watson, followed by performances, including a restaging of Corpus.

The first series of Whitechapel was about a man in a cape re-enacting the murders of Jack the Ripper. The second featured a plot that hinged on Ronnie Kray's sperm. The Whitechapel Conspiracy (Book): Perry, Anne: In , the grisly murders of Whitechapel prostitutes four years earlier by a killer dubbed Jack the Ripper remain a terrifying enigma. And in a packed Old Bailey courtroom, Superintendent Thomas Pitt's testimony causes distinguished soldier John Adinett to be sentenced to hang for the inexplicable murder of a friend.

The Whitechapel Gallery – the artists’ gallery for everyone. Our history has always been the future. For over a century the Whitechapel Gallery has premiered world-class artists from modern masters such as Pablo Picasso, Jackson Pollock, Mark Rothko and Frida Kahlo to contemporaries such as Sophie Calle, Paul Noble, Thomas Struth, Sarah Lucas and Mark Wallinger. Whitechapel is a British television drama series produced by Carnival Films and distributed by BBC Worldwide, in which detectives in London's Whitechapel district dealt with murders which replicated historical crimes. The first series was first broadcast in the UK on 2 February and depicted the search for a modern copycat killer replicating the murders of Jack the Ripper.
